Ramsgate & District Horticultural Society was established in January 2024. Membership is open to everyone with an interest in plants, flowers, gardening or wildlife. Our society is not just for people with gardens or allotments – it is a place where all people with similar interests can come to socialise, pick up (and share) tips and good ideas, hear interesting talks and see useful demonstrations.
Our activities include, but are not restricted to, talks and demonstrations, plant and seed swaps, group visits to private and public gardens and sites of interest such as wildlife and wildflower sites, and local nurseries). We welcome new members, irrespective of where you are based. We are currently arranging our programme of talks for winter 2026 through til April 2027. Do get in touch if you would like to suggest future speakers or would like to offer a talk.
